1. Introduction

1.1	The St. Ives Tabletop group (henceforth referred to as the “Group”) is managed by a committee (henceforth referred to as the “Committee”).
1.2	The following briefly outlines the process for first time attendees (also called newcomers).

2. Welcome and Introduction

2.1	Newcomers will be welcomed to the session by a member of the Committee.
2.2	Every newcomer will be given a brief introduction to what activities and events the Group run, including a brief overview of the types of board games and role playing games that are available.
2.3	Once the introduction is complete, there is no obligation for newcomers to stay, nor is there any payment for the introduction.
2.4	If the newcomer decides to try out one of the activities or events, they must pay the session fee and the Committee member will introduce the newcomer to other attendees.
2.5	During their first session, newcomers will be able to ask any Committee member for support or assistance.

3.1	Newcomers will be given a promotional voucher in keeping with the information in the Fees and Finance Policy.
